VISUAL: See here! The first thing anyone notices from Ishmael right away is her mane of orange-red hair -- it's long (like past her knee), thick, and wavy, usually adorned with a rope headband with white bows at the side. Her eyes are a murky hazel, and she has a sun-kissed, freckled complexion with plenty of scars hidden away beneath her clothing, no matter the ID.
FASHION: As seen above, Ishmael wears her LCB uniform in a pretty straightforward way, save for a coat that is torn at the waist, cutting off the last two letters of her name. She always lets her hair loose regardless of the situation, but she would sometimes tie it back in a ponytail. The rope hairband never leaves her head, except in some Mirror worlds (alternate universes). Style-wise, she usually dresses very plainly, favoring cardigans, overcoats, jackets, sweaters - she tends to cover up most of the time.
DEMEANOUR: Straight-laced and dependable. She expects efficiency and rational decision-making from everyone else, especially her higher-ups. Because of this, she comes off as standoffish and aloof on the onset, but she is capable of smiling genuinely and giving credit where it's due - people just need to prove themselves to her first.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: It'd be hard to get that from Ishmael at first, unless if the situation calls for it and she'd rather get it over with, or she already sees you as a good friend. Otherwise she would think nothing of it most of the time, though she would be compartmentalizing more than anything else.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Ask first before we can fight. Ishmael is certainly no stranger to it, and she's a scrappy fighter at that. For the most part I'm okay with handwaving combat since it's usually a pain to thread, but if we're able to thread one from start to finish I'll love you forever. Also ask for injuries when it goes beyond lacerations and bruising; I'm fine with getting Ish gored up (she's gone through way worse in canon), I just want a heads up so that I can deliver to the best of my abilities.
RELATIONSHIPS: Sure...? Even though striking up a romance with someone from the hellhole that is the City isn't really ideal due to her own hangups, but fwbs/one-night stands are more than fine, crosscanon or otherwise. F/F and F/M are both preferred, 21+. As for canonmates, I really like her with Heathcliff, but other Sinners could be fun to mush together too. Just let me know!
