The one I used back there was from the Ardor Blossom Moth. It has quite the temper and would throw around fireballs if you piss it off too much. But the heat isn't actually deadly if you decide to let the flames consume you. In fact, it's quite comforting.

When you use up all of your mana, it's not something you can heal like a wound... It takes a lot of time and rest to build it back up in your body Unless you can find something to eat that's full of it
