she brings the care package inside and... wow. she's aware that the doctor doesn't cut corners, but these brands are rather luxurious, aren't they. kind of reminds her of how opulent aventurine is in general, and wonders if he'd asked for the gambler's help somehow.
regardless, she's very touched by the gesture. didn't think the doctor would send along things that aren't just academically related like codices. that guy's rather layered, isn't he?
