Okay, so. We Fixers are ranked from grades 9 to 1 in terms of talent, prowess, etc. I'm a Grade 9 for example, and even then I still have a long way to go before I get to 8.

Above Grade 1 is another rank, which is being a Color. Once you achieve this, you'll be given a title with a color and you pretty much have all the freedom on the jobs you'll want to take, things you want to do, etc. In this example, Vergilius is also known as the Red Gaze.

Nah, this was something I was gonna do before you even told me about their situation. The Vergilius thing was just something that I've been meaning to talk to you about for a while now that happened to be related; there's really nothing going on between us, and everyone around us should know. If he can't believe it, that's on him and them.
